As part of the External Development team at Santa Monica Studio, I collaborated closely with external vendors to ensure outsourced assets met the visual and technical standards of the studio.

I reviewed incoming assets, provided actionable feedback through paint-overs and detailed written notes. I guided vendors on art direction, topology flow, UV layout, and layer-based material setup to ensure high quality while maintaining production timelines.

By creating an 'art style guide' and maintaining a 'technical optimization' document I was able to reduce revision cycles by approximately 30%, allowing assets to move through review and integration more efficiently.
